Craftsmanship and Guarantee
We provide a 1-year structural warranty on all wooden and upholstered furniture against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear. Upholstery fabrics and foam are also not covered as we cannot guarantee against issues like fabric pilling or crushing over time. Marble, glass, and mirror items are exempt from this warranty due to their specific care requirements. Additonally this does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, natural material aging, or extreme heat conditions in the region.

Wood
Wood is a natural material known for its diverse color, grain pattern, texture, and overall appearance. Products made from wood or wood veneer often exhibit unique characteristics such as knots, surface checking, oxidation, mineral staining, or insect markings. These features contribute to the material's authenticity, and Hej House does not specify the prevalence of these traits in individual orders.

Marble
Marble, being a natural material, displays variations in color, texture, and veining influenced by its inherent qualities and the hand-finishing process. Each piece is inherently unique, ensuring no two items are exactly alike. Hej House acknowledges that natural imperfections in marble and granite, such as surface cracks, color variations, and vein directions, are typical occurrences affecting around 40% of natural stones. Although all of our marble tops are sealed before shipping, they are still porous by nature and can be stained, scratched or chipped
