Returns and Damaged Items Policy

No Exchange or Refund Policy:
Orders are custom-made upon payment confirmation and according to your specifications. Consequently, these items cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. A non-refundable full payment is required when placing your order.

Quality Inspection:
Every order leaving our warehouse undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure safe delivery. Upon receipt, please inspect all items and sign off on their condition. If immediate inspection isn't possible, please complete it within 24 hours.

Reporting Damages:
If you discover a defect or shipping damage, please take photographs and email them to enquiries@hej-house.com within 24 hours. We will promptly rectify the issue.

Natural Materials Disclaimer:
Natural materials like wood, travertine, and marble may vary in color, texture, and veining. Imperfections in these materials are not defects but inherent characteristics. Wood may also adjust to our climate, potentially undergoing size adjustments or developing cracks, which are natural and not considered defects.

Fit Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product fits through all necessary doors, entryways, and lifts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds if a product does not fit.  If you are unsure, please view our furniture measuring guide here.
