To begin, send us your brief by emailing reference images or sketches, approximate dimensions, preferred finishes, budget range, and delivery location to enquiries@hej-house.com. Once received, we’ll prepare a quotation and estimated timeline within approximately one week. After approval, we proceed with a AED 600 design stage to develop detailed drawings and samples, which is fully redeemable against your final order. Following design sign-off and an 80% deposit, your piece is handcrafted in our workshop and carefully packed for delivery to your location.
You have the freedom to choose from a diverse range of high-quality materials, including various paints, woods, glass, metals, and upholstery options. Our aim is to ensure your custom piece not only looks stunning but also fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
Custom pieces typically take 6–8 weeks from quotation to delivery.

We offer design assistance tailored to your furniture needs. Schedule a consultation with our team member who can guide you through the process.
We offer a measurement package for AED 500, where our team visits your home to assess and recommend suitable sizes for your custom furniture.
For custom orders, we provide detailed shop drawings and 3D visuals for review and approval prior to production.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We offer complimentary delivery and assembly within Dubai for orders over AED 4,000. For orders below this amount, a delivery and assembly fee of AED 250 applies.
For other Emirates, a nominal delivery and assembly fee will apply.
Orders begin immediately upon payment confirmation and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable full payment will be charged when you place your order.
Customers must be present at the agreed time of delivery and allow access to the driver.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a warehouse pickup or showroom collection.
ORDERS
Items from our website require full payment at checkout and are delivered within the specified timeframe. For bespoke orders, an 80% down payment via bank transfer confirms your order, with the remaining 20% due before delivery.
We understand preferences may evolve. While we strive to accommodate changes after design approval, adjustments may impact production timelines and incur additional costs. Clear communication during the initial design phase minimizes the need for later modifications.
