Free Delivery and Assembly within Dubai
We offer complimentary delivery and assembly services within Dubai.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm. To ensure your convenience, we will contact you two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 2-hour window. Please note that someone must be present to accept and sign for the order upon delivery. If you miss your delivery, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of 350 AED.
Standard Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, excluding holidays and unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government regulations (e.g., enforced mourning periods).
Delivery Fees for Other Emirates
Delivery fees apply for deliveries outside Dubai:
- Sharjah: AED 300
- Ajman: AED 300
- Abu Dhabi: AED 600
- Al Ain: AED 600
- Ras Al-Khaimah: AED 600
- Fujairah: AED 600
Permits/Access
It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals or permits for the delivery of your furniture. Please ensure that there is adequate space for the delivery of your items, including ensuring that products can fit through all required doors, lifts, service elevators, doorways, stairways, and any other entrances applicable to your residence. Storage
If you are unable to receive your products for installation upon production completion, Hej House reserves the right to charge a storage fee of 100 AED per day. Storage charges must be settled prior to delivery.
